So I not a great song writer at all but I love to do it. Here is what I wrote for Eva
She arrived with us on the 6th of June in this year of 2005
She'd been kicking and punching in the womb for a while
But now it was time to arrive.
Eva, you make your Mum and Dad so proud
Eva, your time has come around
It took just a few seconds for you to capture our hearts, for you we would do anything
And our love for you Eva, has done nothing but grow.
You've made our hearts to sing.
Eva, you teach your Mum and Dad to love
Eva, you're our sweet gift from above.
It's only eight weeks but we've got so many dreams of the things that we might see you do
But whatever it is that you do in this life
To your heart, Eva be true.
Eva, together we're making a start
Eva, each day you capture more of our hearts.
God is your maker, he knows the hairs on your head, he knows the plans that he has for you
As you Mum and your Dad, we have surrendered our hearts to him
We hope that you will too.
Eva, God holds you in his hand
Eva, he's the shepherd your his lamb
Eva, you're teaching us to love
Eva, you're our sweet gift from above.
