Morning!
Snow in Northern Ireland. That it what occasions this post! It is not often that we get snow here and it is even more rare that when it does snow here it stays for a day or two but that is what seems to be happening. It started snowing last night and it did not stop and we were woken this morning by Eva at about 6.30am. She was pleading with us to go outside. Thankfully we talked her in to lying down for a while more and actually having some breakfast before going out. Then we went out. We had to go check on my car which made it close to home last night but hadto be parked up as it was refusing to climb the final hill to get home. It was cool. On the way back from there Margaret was plotting how she would take out our 8yr old neighbour with snowballs. We did and that was fun - he put up a good fight but you know how competitive us Charles's are!!!! just kidding - it was only a bit of fun.
Then we came into our own garden and started to make the snowman who you will see in the pictures.
Margaret's car is snowed in and thus she is unable to work. So there is only one thing for it - we are going to enjoy the snow with Eva, throw snowballs at each other, drink hot chocolate and then go for a walk and see how the rest of the neighbourhood is coping!
Enjoy the pictures!
Blessings
